The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with Full Practice Authority will oversee the Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) Mobile Unit, providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with opioid use disorder.
Deliver assessments, medication management, and care coordination in underserved communities, primarily in a mobile setting. Administer and monitor medications such as Methadone, Naltrexone, and Buprenorphine, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety. Collaborate with team members to develop treatment plans, provide patient education, and participate in outreach and quality assurance activities. Work primarily in the field with a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, including travel within the service region. Maintain documentation, ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, and uphold professional standards. Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, an IL APN license, DEA registration, and experience in MAR treatment preferred.
