This full-time position involves admitting and executing orders for adult inpatient medical patients, including obtaining sign-out from overnight teams and communicating key medical issues to attending physicians to develop treatment plans.
Requirements include graduation from an AMA-approved PA or Nurse Practitioner program, board certification, a current NYS license, and maintained ACLS training. Candidates must complete 100 CME hours biennially and adhere to Medical Staff Bylaws. Preferred candidates have 1-2 years of inpatient medicine experience, demonstrating strong clinical, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
