Requirements include graduation from an AMA-approved PA or Nurse Practitioner Program, Board Certification by NCCPA or NPS, and a current NYS license. Candidates must maintain ACLS certification, complete 100 CME hours every two years, and adhere to Medical Staff Bylaws for Allied Health Professionals.
Preferred candidates have 1-2 years of inpatient medicine experience, demonstrating strong clinical, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
