We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team, providing advanced patient care across clinic, dialysis, and hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily hospital rounds on nephrology patients
- Collaborate with nephrologists and hospital teams to coordinate care
- Manage follow-ups and chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients
- Provide outpatient nephrology care in the clinic
- Educate patients on kidney health and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Current certification as an APRN or PA
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy
- Nephrology experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
This full-time role offers a salary between $110,000 and $150,000 annually, along with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
