We are seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to deliver high-quality patient care at infusion centers across Texas.
**Responsibilities include:**
• Conducting assessments, histories, physical exams, and developing care plans
• Managing patient treatments, ordering diagnostics, medications, and referrals
• Providing education, telehealth visits, and follow-up care
• Collaborating with healthcare teams, ensuring compliance, and participating in quality initiatives
• Traveling up to 25%, supporting infusion services as needed
**Qualifications:**
• Current certification (PA or NP), BLS, and DEA (if applicable)
• 5+ years of critical care experience, infusion experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
