We are hiring a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide advanced patient care in clinics, dialysis, and hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily hospital rounds on nephrology patients
- Collaborate with nephrologists and hospital teams to coordinate care
- Manage follow-ups and chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients
- Provide outpatient nephrology care as needed
- Educate patients on kidney health and disease management
Requirements:
- Current certification as an APN (NP or PA)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
- Nephrology experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
