Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for part-time, school-based health services in a rural, underserved community.
Work collaboratively with a healthcare team to deliver primary care, including diagnosis, management of acute/chronic conditions, health education, and preventive care.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, and documenting patient care.
Qualifications: graduate from an accredited program, certification, WV licensure, prescriptive authority, and BLS (ACLS preferred). New grads are encouraged to apply.
Schedule: Day shift, Mondays and Thursdays, 7:30-4:00, with potential additional hours.
