Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for part-time, school-based primary care in rural West Virginia.
Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and manage acute/chronic conditions, prescribe treatments, and promote wellness. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and deliver patient education. Work in a community outpatient setting, with a schedule of Mondays and Thursdays, 7:30-4:00, and potential PRN hours. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited program, certification, WV licensure and prescriptive authority, and BLS (ACLS preferred). New grads are encouraged to apply.
