Seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—including Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners—for a part-time, school-based health center in Smithville, WV.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver primary care in a rural, underserved community. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, diagnosing and managing health conditions, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, providing health education, and participating in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited program, national certification, WV licensure and prescriptive authority, and BLS certification; 2+ years of experience is preferred but not required.
