Role Summary: Provide advanced practice coverage for inpatient and ICU neurosurgical patients in a 24/7 clinical setting. Evaluate patients across the hospital, deliver high-quality neurosurgical care, and support timely clinical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage inpatient and ICU neurosurgical patients
- Perform patient evaluations throughout the hospital
- Assist with cranial and spine procedures
- Support neuroendovascular cases in collaboration with neurosurgeons and experienced advanced practitioners
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced practice clinician with neurosurgery/ICU experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Ability to assist in cranial and spine procedural settings
- Collaborative, team-based approach with neurosurgical and endovascular specialists
