Provides comprehensive psychiatric clinical services to adults, including evaluations, medication management, crisis intervention, and consultation.
Oversees quality of care through staff observation, case reviews, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Participates in staff meetings, resource management, policy development, and staff training.
Develops clinical programs to enhance service quality and supports accreditation efforts.
Requires an M.D. or D.O., completion of residency, Kentucky medical license, and eligibility for board certification.
Provides at least six months of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of community services.
May involve occasional exposure to physical risk or biological materials.
