Occupational Therapist Role

The position involves providing patient care by organizing and implementing medically prescribed programs to maximize patient potential.
Practicing within the scope of the State Practice Act and adhering to all regulations, the therapist promotes department growth by supporting special projects and coordinating patient care activities.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
• Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
