Acute Medicine RN – Inpatient – Days

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care in an acute medical setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Promotes patient and family-centered care through education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, and communicates effectively across care continuum.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
This position is safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • RN licensure; nursing diploma or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred with at least 2 years’ experience.
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced nurses.
  • ACLS certification preferred (support available after hire).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate critical thinking, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge needs.
