Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring communication across care continuum. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers. Maintains safety standards and adheres to regulatory compliance. The position requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license, and optional Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience. Prior supervisory experience is not required.
