Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and effective communication of care plans are essential. The nurse assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural background.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering patient-focused care and education on health management and medication administration.
- Participating in safety initiatives, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
- Developing and documenting individualized care plans with clear goals, coordinating care across teams and caregivers.
- Using critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs comprehensively, respecting cultural, emotional, and spiritual factors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree with RN licensure.
- No prior experience required; preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
- Safety-conscious with the ability to work alertly and responsibly.
