Role Overview: Provides direct patient care within established nursing standards, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients or families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, culture, and preferences. Maintains safety awareness, working in a constant state of alertness as required for safety-sensitive roles. Qualifications:
Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Licenses: Valid RN license. Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
