Role Overview:
This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute medical conditions, working closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities within established standards, promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include educating patients and families on disease management, post-treatment care, and medication administration, as well as developing and documenting individualized care plans. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current RN license required
- Experience is preferred but not mandatory, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience for advanced roles
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a high-acuity environment
Key Duties:
