Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient medicine setting, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for acutely ill adult patients. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, prioritize clinical needs, and utilize critical nursing skills in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, education, safety, and adherence to standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals.
- Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree, RN license, and ability to work safely in a high-acuity environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
