Role Summary: The Acute Registered Nurse provides specialized dialysis care in a hospital setting, performing duties such as administering treatments, patient education, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes, manage dialysis equipment, and ensure accurate documentation. Perform physical assessments, initiate treatments, and monitor water quality and machine safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, communicate patient status, and address concerns professionally.
Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, CPR certification, basic computer skills, and ability to pass color screening. Preferably with 12+ months nursing experience and dialysis care background.
Additional Duties: Participate in staff development, training, and team efforts. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and hospital policies, and maintain quality standards. Engage in infection control and emergency procedures, and foster positive relationships with patients and staff.
