Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care Medical
Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care for diverse adult patients with complex medical needs. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to support positive clinical outcomes.
Educate patients and families, promote quality and safety initiatives, and document care in an electronic health record. Precept or mentor other staff as needed and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical practice.
