Per Diem Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse (LTAC RN)
Provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Acute Care setting, delivering compassionate, patient-focused service and contributing to improved patient outcomes.
Key Duties
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and evaluate clinical condition
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support care goals
- Document patient status, nursing interventions, and response to care
- Educate patients and families on care needs and health management
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license
- Experience in long-term acute care or similar acuity settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and patient monitoring skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities
- Ability to deliver safe, effective care with professionalism and empathy
