Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care activities such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses develop individualized care plans, collaborate with an interprofessional team, and assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications & Skills:
