ABA Therapist to deliver 1:1, evidence-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner.
- Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition to promote meaningful outcomes.
- Collect and document accurate data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
