Role Summary: Provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical guidance, deliver high-quality direct services, and help create meaningful progress for each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavior data
- Follow direction from supervising clinicians and clinical protocols
- Coach and support families to reinforce skills at home and in the community
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, mission-driven, child-centered team
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical development
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience and strong ability to work with children with autism
- Comfort with collecting and documenting behavior data accurately
- Strong communication and family coaching skills
- Ability to follow clinical guidance and work collaboratively in a team
- Commitment to compassionate, child-centered care
