Registered Nurse (Inpatient) – 15k sign-on bonus

Night shift (11:00pm – 7:30am) RN position offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include paid leave, 401K with 2% match (union), annual bonuses, career development, tuition reimbursement after 3 months, and free parking.

Provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Performs assessments, develops and updates care plans, and manages pain and medication safely.

Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment, demonstrating clinical expertise, empathy, and professionalism.

Utilizes de-escalation and CPI training, responds to emergencies, and sets appropriate boundaries.

Communicates effectively, documents care promptly, and participates in team and educational activities.

Qualifications include RN license in Connecticut, de-escalation training, RQI certification within 3 months, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
