Clinical Nurse I: B3 (General Surgery/Trauma), 12 hrs/week, Nights

The Clinical Nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma-B3 department provides compassionate patient care, collaborates with the team to develop and implement care plans, and ensures safe administration of medications and treatments.

Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing procedures, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, and providing emergency care.

Qualifications required are a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
