They identify priorities through assessment, develop individualized care plans, and perform therapeutic interventions.
The nurse manages patient care, documents according to standards, and advocates for evidence-based practices aligned with professional standards.
Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Med Surg/Telemetry in a major acute care hospital is required.
This role is based in a Med Surg/Telemetry unit, providing patient-centric care and supporting innovative care delivery.
Certification in BLS and a New Jersey RN License are required.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
