The RN provides direct patient care in a fast-paced Med Surg/Telemetry unit, assessing patients, administering treatments, and monitoring progress.
Collaborates with healthcare teams, communicates effectively with patients and families, and educates on conditions and discharge plans.
Documents care activities accurately, follows safety and infection control protocols, and responds promptly to emergencies.
May mentor new staff or students, serving as a clinical resource.
