Seeking a travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Roanoke, VA, in the PCU with start date 08/11/2025.
Work 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide intermediate care for patients recovering from surgery or with acute conditions, monitoring vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and assessing patient needs.
Administer medications, manage complex conditions, and perform post-surgical care.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and develop individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families, document care accurately, and follow safety protocols.
Respond promptly to emergencies, including code blue situations, and perform advanced life support if needed.
Support team collaboration, mentor less experienced staff, and participate in quality improvement activities.
