Seeking a travel RN in Med Surg/Telemetry in Phoenix, AZ for a 13-week assignment starting 08/25/2025, working 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide comprehensive patient care in Med Surg units with telemetry monitoring, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, manage post-surgical wounds, and respond to emergencies with ACLS and CPR.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and update documentation accurately in EHR.
Ensure infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement practices are followed.
Stay current with nursing protocols and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
