Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for home health admissions in Littleton, Colorado.
Ongoing, full-time, part-time, or PRN position, primarily completing patient admissions on weekends in Denver and surrounding areas.
Perform assessments, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and manage patient needs in their homes.
Requirements include a current RN license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and at least two years of clinical RN experience, with home health experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and independent working skills are essential. Knowledge of infection control, regulations, and HCHB is a plus.
Flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and on-call availability required.
