Family Practice Physician w/OB – Live Well Homecare

As a physician at our health center, you will provide comprehensive primary care in a clinic setting, working independently and collaboratively with other providers.
Performance is assessed through observation, consultation, and documentation.
We offer a $30K sign-on bonus and a $5K-$9K relocation allowance.

Salary ranges from $240,000 to $250,000 plus performance bonuses. The organization participates in HRSA and State Loan Repayment Programs. All employees must use two-factor authentication for security.
