This position offers a salary of $56,000 to $65,000, based on skills and experience.
Are you passionate about working with children birth to 3 years and supporting families? The role involves providing home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays.
Responsibilities include participating in assessments, delivering individualized speech therapy, developing and implementing Family Service Plans, documenting progress, and acting as a service coordinator. Collaboration with families and community partners, cultural humility, and strong communication skills are essential.
Requirements include MA licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, knowledge of early childhood development, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus.
