We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee staff assignments and supervise resident care, ensuring high-quality services in accordance with policies and the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON).
Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in Kansas from an accredited program
Strong leadership and collaborative skills
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Responsibilities:
Complete and file resident records during admissions, transfers, and discharges
Administer medications and perform medical procedures
Coordinate resident transfers and discharges
Collaborate with consultants and implement recommended changes
Investigate complaints and report to the DON
Conduct daily resident checks and monitor treatment adherence
Maintain communication with the DON regarding residents and staff
