Nurse Practitioner/PA – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our team in Latham, NY.

Perform a variety of healthcare tasks, including managing OB/GYN patients, well visits, and diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.

Perform minor office procedures, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.

OB/GYN experience is preferred but not required.

Full-time or part-time positions available, with a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 annually.
