Nurse Practitioner/PA – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our team in Latham, NY. This full-time or part-time role involves managing OB and GYN patients, conducting well visits, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, performing minor procedures, and ordering tests and medications.

OB/GYN experience is preferred but not required.

In-person position with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
