Speech Language Pathologist

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility.

  • Evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, document services accurately, and ensure compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.
  • Supervise clinical staff, contribute to team meetings, and integrate interdisciplinary findings into patient care.
  • Support professional development through continuing education, peer collaboration, and presentations.
  • Promote a positive facility culture, demonstrate safe working practices, and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, California license or license candidate, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
