We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (11p-7a, weekends) role.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN will oversee daily nursing activities, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all regulations to deliver high-quality care.
The position involves monitoring care delivery, evaluating staff performance, conducting shift meetings, addressing resident care issues, and coordinating services for continuity of care.
Qualifications include a current RN license, peripheral IV certification, at least two years of clinical nursing experience, and CPR/BLS certification. Geriatrics or subacute care experience and management background are preferred.
