We are seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric and young adult divisions in Mendota Heights.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and documenting progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, train caregivers, and ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA Certification, and MN licensure. Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to empathize with clients and families. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with benefits such as health/dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, professional development, and flexible scheduling.
