The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides integrated, high-quality mental health services in a community-focused health center setting.
Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, participates in assessments, diagnoses mental health conditions, and develops evidence-based treatment plans.
Delivers brief psychological assessments, interventions, and crisis services, ensuring seamless coordination with community resources.
Works to meet productivity goals, facilitates same-day access, and maintains professional licensure and credentials.
Contributes to quality improvement efforts, engages in ongoing professional development, and supports community needs.
Requires a Master’s in Social Work, current California license, bilingual in Spanish, and ability to work in Petaluma, CA.
