Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

The Early Intervention Speech Therapist is a full-time, in-person role based in Fairbanks, focusing on children birth to age 3 with developmental delays or disabilities.
Reporting to the ILP Coordinator and Therapy Services Supervisor, the position involves conducting assessments, developing IFSPs, and working with families in home or community settings to promote cognitive, motor, social-emotional, and communication skills through caregiver coaching.
Qualifications include a master’s in Speech and Language Pathology, state licensure, and at least one year of experience with young children.
Responsibilities encompass providing services aligned with Part C of IDEA, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining documentation, advocating for families, and participating in professional development.
The role requires travel, community outreach, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
