We are seeking a compassionate mental health professional to provide multi-systemic therapy to juvenile offenders with severe mental illness, violent behavior, or substance use issues, at risk of out-of-home placement.
The role includes conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, court reporting, crisis intervention, and providing transportation as needed. Availability by phone outside regular hours is required.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline, valid licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC, or LPC), with a goal to become fully licensed within 30 months.
Experience with children/adolescents with serious mental health or antisocial behaviors (1-2 years) is preferred.
Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational skills, punctuality, and reliable transportation are essential.
