This full-time physician role offers a rotating 3/4 schedule with a pay range of $115–$140/hour, comprehensive benefits, and no on-call duties. The position involves providing direct, high-quality care in a busy urgent care setting, managing a full patient panel independently. Clinical duties include evaluating, diagnosing, treating acute conditions, performing procedures like laceration repair and fracture management, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and patient education. The environment features on-site diagnostics, established workflows, and an average of 3–4 patients per hour. Candidates must be licensed MD/DO in Alabama, board certified or eligible, with active DEA, BLS, and ACLS. Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is preferred.
