Occupational Health Physician – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician (MD or DO) to join our fast-paced Occupational Health and Employer Services Centers in Medford, OR.

Provide treatment for work-related injuries, conduct employment physicals, and perform DOT physicals.

Must have prior Occupational Health experience and strong communication skills with patients.

Ability to make independent decisions in a collaborative environment.
