The Clinical Supervisor oversees program management, quality assurance, staff recruitment, training, and development of treatment services. They operate with high discretion and provide individualized clinical supervision to strengthen staff capabilities in addressing diverse diagnostic and presenting problems.
They promote cultural sensitivity and support an organizational culture of tolerance, respect, recovery, and resiliency.
Ideal candidates have experience with Root Cause Analysis, LEAN, and process improvement, along with knowledge of healthcare quality metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
