Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Lead for the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) in West Los Angeles, CA.

Deliver coordinated nursing care for neonatal patients, supervising staff and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Require RN licensure in California, BLS certification, and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP). Preferred BSN and acute care experience.

Responsibilities include assessing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, educating families, and ensuring safe, holistic care.

Participate in discharge planning, delegate duties, and perform other related duties.

Position is ongoing, with an immediate start, and involves night shifts.
