We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist with a master’s in social work or psychology to join our full-time team in Bad Axe, MI.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods
- Facilitating therapeutic or psycho-educational groups
- Supporting clinical documentation, authorizations, and collaboration with schools, courts, and community agencies
- Implementing person-centered and short-term treatment approaches
- Maintaining a productivity standard of 50% face-to-face contact
- Participating in staffings, emergency meetings, supervision, and on-call coverage
- Promoting culturally-informed, recovery-based, and trauma-informed care
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field (required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health preferred
- Current Michigan licensure (LMSW, CAADC preferred)
- Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and commitment to recovery-focused care
