Seeking a travel RN in Med Surg/Telemetry in Rochester, NY for a 13-week assignment starting 08/11/2025, working 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Med Surg unit with telemetry monitoring.
Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs and heart rhythms, and manage medications.
Assist with wound care, post-surgical recovery, and patient education on disease management and discharge planning.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in rounds, and respond to emergencies with ACLS and CPR.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure infection control, and promote patient safety.
Engage in quality improvement, stay updated on best practices, and pursue ongoing education.
