Join a rapidly growing physician-led practice with ~100 staff, providing comprehensive clinical services across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted/independent living settings.Provide medical oversight, ensure quality documentation, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review programs to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, support strategic goals, and serve in various care settings based on specialty and patient needs.No night call; competitive salary ($250K–$300K) with medical directorship, benefits, and flexible schedule.Qualifications include medical degree, licensure, board eligibility/certification, and experience in post-acute or hospitalist care preferred.
