We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, complementing your existing practice. This role involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.
Our specialists manage complex cases, facilitate return-to-work and functional recovery, and collaborate with medical and therapy teams. You’ll provide both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal services, communicate with employers, and participate in case management.
Responsibilities:
• Half-day weekly or biweekly shifts
• Flexible scheduling
• Revenue share compensation model
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• State licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Medical Malpractice Insurance required
